I have a 99 Sierra. The power door locks works great on the drivers door, on the passenger door the power locks will unlock the door but will not lock it. The pigtail to the lock shows power to both sides of the wire when the switch is pushed. I suspected a ground problem so I grounded the wire opposite of the hot wire and the power lock worked. I suspect now that I have a bad rocker switch, however neither side works or the auto feature as you drive does not lock the passenger door.
